We hope you’ll join us for the best weekend of the year - April 24-26!
We are welcoming men to join us at beautiful Camp Bethel, at the base of the Bighorn Mountains for the annual Wyoming Alliance Men’s retreat. We know that men need a place to unwind, connect with the Father, and share life.

Ephesians 2: 8 -10
Tim will tell us stories of his friends in Brazil illustrating the idea of being ready to bless others, in opportunities that God has prepared for us.
-
Tim grew up in the Twin Cities, the son of a C&MA pastor. His wife, JoLee, was raised on a farm in Dows, Iowa. They met while students at Crown College, and graduated in 1979. Tim later did graduate studies at the Alliance Seminary in Nyack, NY.
He pastored in two Alliance churches in Michigan: Saginaw (youth pastor) and then Vassar (pastor).
In 1986, the Bubnas were appointed to Brazil, where they served as Alliance missionaries until 2013. Their ministries in Brazil included church planting, teaching in the Alliance Bible college, field administration, and coaching pastors and wives.
Upon return to the US, Tim took over as pastor of Hope Church in Apple Valley, MN; he retired at the end of 2024. For most of 2025, he served as interim pastor of Grace Church in Forest Lake, MN. He currently works part-time driving school bus in Burnsville. The Bubnas have three married sons and eleven grandchildren, all of whom live in Minnesota.
